Ryan Donaldson serves as the President of Concrete Slab Techs, over 20 years of specialized experience in the industrial flooring. He began his career in 1999 as a Field Engineer at Stonhard, rapidly progressing to project management where he played a key role in large-scale semiconductor projects in China. After five years as Stonhard's Country Manager for North China, Ryan returned to Illinois to-found Ryno Tools Supply Co. with his brother Andrew, which was acquired by Jon-Don in 2010. During his 12 years at Jon-Don, they expanded the concrete division, developed contractor training programs for epoxy flooring and polished concrete, improved product offerings, built effective sales teams, and forged vital industry partnerships. Currently, at Concrete Slab Techs, utilizes his extensive knowledge to deliver comprehensive flooring solutions for commercial and industrial facilities. Outside of work, he enjoys training for Ironmanathlons, a sport that reflects his dedication to excellence. He also loves spending time with his daughter, Olivia, and their cherished German Shepherd, Lexi.

Andrew Donaldson serves as the Vice President of Concrete Slab Techs, bringing over 20 years of specialized experience in the industrial flooring sector. His career began in 2000 as a Field Engineer at Stonhard, where he managed industrial flooring installations across the Midwest. He later oversaw high-profile projects with Plasite, focusing on primary and secondary containment and chemical-resistant coatings. In 2005, Andrew co-founded Ryno Tools Supply Co., playing a crucial role in establishing contractor relationships and leading equipment demonstrations as polished concrete was just emerging. After Jon-Don's acquisition, he and his brother expanded the concrete division, developing training programs for epoxy flooring systems, polished concrete, and concrete repair, while also enhancing selection and building strong sales teams. At Concrete Slab Techs, Andrew leads operations to ensure safety, compliance, and successful project execution. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending quality time with his wife and engaging in activities with his three daughters, including cheerleading, gymnastics, music, swimming, and volleyball.
